Who this covers

Avenworth Bookkeeping is run by Theodore Trottemant, sole trader, ABN 28 127 762 417, Thornlands QLD 4164. This explains what I do with information you give me.

What I collect

I receive the contact details and business records you provide for an enquiry or job. When you invite me to your Xero file, I can access the information permitted by that invitation.

How I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and quote for the work.
• To do the bookkeeping work you've agreed to.
• To keep the business records the law requires me to keep.

I don't sell your information, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Who else sees it

The software providers used for enquiries and agreed work, such as my email provider and Xero, process information needed to provide those services. I share relevant records with your registered agent when you authorise it, and make disclosures required by law. I never ask for bank passwords.

Keeping it safe and deleting it

Access to your Xero file is controlled by you, and you can remove it at any time. You can ask me to delete copies of your records after the job. I'll explain anything I must retain by law and what can be deleted from the services used for the work.

This website

This website doesn't include analytics or advertising tools. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, and it loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser makes requests to those services to show the page.
